My stay at the hotel was enjoyable mostly due to its great location close to various casinos and restaurants. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the comfortable amenities. However, the customer service experiences were quite disappointing, as the staff did not seem to know how to handle requests properly. Overall, it has good value for the location, but improvements in service are needed.
